Elsie is a quaint, storybook cottage set privately within established gardens, in a wonderfully peaceful location with lovely views in every direction.

Inside are two generous bedrooms. One sits within a vaulted mezzanine with full-height ceilings, framed at either end by large, light-filled windows and a reading nook looking out over the forest. The other is on the ground floor and offers complete privacy.

Beautiful front and rear gardens are overlooked by spacious timber decks. The home also includes a spacious bathroom with separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry/mudroom, an enclosed wood fire, ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort year-round.

Step outside, settle onto the deck and enjoy the local wildlife, from kangaroos and colourful parrots to playful kookaburras and the occasional echidna.

A true storybook retreat, Elsie is the perfect place to unwind in the picturesque Victorian countryside, just 15 minutes from Kyneton and the heart of Daylesford.
